We provide volunteers with training that is simple and relatable; programs that are engaging and fun; and a classroom full of eager kids ready to learn from you.

As adults, we can reflect on the importance of knowing how to manage our money and navigate the work world. Let’s teach the students of today these important values now to prepare them for the future.

And as a Junior Achievement volunteer, you will inspire kids to achieve a more fulfilling career and life by contributing your professional insights and personal experiences to the programs you teach.

Traditional In-Classroom

Where: In a school classroom in our community

As a JA Traditional Volunteer, you'll be paired with a teacher in a classroom. This delivery method is an effective and popular way to show students a connection between the skills they are learning in the classroom and how they can get a more fulfilling career and life.

Virtual Volunteering Experience

Where: From your home or office

Volunteering in-person with Junior Achievement has been a rewarding experience for generations and today we offer virtual volunteering!

JA In A Day

Where: In a school classroom in our community

This experience uses the same JA programs as the traditional method, but it's condensed into a single day for a high-impact experience! Perfect for the volunteer who can take just a day away from work.

3DE

Where: In one of our 3DE programs at Oak Ridge High School, Ocoee High School, or Osceola High School

Volunteers with the 3DE program engage with high school students in meaningful ways through acting as a business coach or as a judge at a business competition.
